65 Series

65 Series

Providing efficient and versatile granulation for a variety of applications, the 65 series can be used with robot feed, conveyor feed, or hand feed operations. ACS 65 series granulators can provide maximum cutting efficiency with the low speed, 3-knife open rotor design. With cutting knives manufactured from D2 HCHC and heat-treated with our proprietary process, the 65 series handles virtually all types of molded plastics scrap.

GP1200 Series

ACS GP1200 Series granulators offer a wide range of capabilities to handle the most demanding injection molding, blow molding, and extrusion requirements. With a horsepower range from 5.6 to 18.6 kW, throughput capacities from 225 to 360 kg/hr, and a wide range of sizes, ACS granulators can meet your specific needs. The 3-knife open slant-cut rotor with scooped wings provides positive feeding of bulky parts and improved airflow for cooler operation. Rotating end discs can reduce heat and abrasion.
