Portable Drying System

The Portable Drying System provides users the ability to dry and convey resins in a single, portable, compact unit. Available in one of three configurations, operators can automatically convey material to the drying hopper, to the process machine, or both the hopper and the process machine. All of this is possible by integrating the conveying controls with the dryer, which means that no additions or expansions to existing conveying systems are required when adding the dryer. In addition, when equipped with an optional RPV proportioning valve, two materials (typically virgin and regrind) can be automatically conveyed to the drying hopper, eliminating the need to mix the two prior to drying.

Dehumidifying Wheel Dryers

The RDC-P is the ideal dehumidifying wheel dryer to integrate with your central loading system or to handle multiple hoppers. It offers more features as standard equipment with a smaller footprint than comparable systems, giving you maximum performance in minimal space.
The RDC-P drying hopper is equipped with a programmable loader, which release measured amounts of resin at specific intervals. Pellets are conveyed using warm, dry air and delivered for the next loading cycle on adjust-in-time schedule. This keeps pellets at the optimum moisture level from the dryer to the molding machine, maximizing performance and minimizing part defects.
